I am a bilingual AI advisor and strategist based in Montreal. After a long career in the technology industry, I founded M-Power Consultants Inc. to help SME leaders, nonprofit directors, and their teams adopt AI responsibly — without burnout, without hype, and without losing sight of what actually matters.
I created this community because I kept meeting capable, intelligent leaders who felt behind. Not because they lacked ability — but because nothing out there was designed for them. This community is.
