Why this exists
AI is moving fast. Most communities are built for developers and people already very comfortable with AI. Lead Clearly is built for people who lead, manage, or support teams — and who need practical answers, not theory.
We focus on what is actually useful in day-to-day work — not every new tool that launches. Practical over trends, always.
Small group. Open questions. No judgment. The value comes from honest sharing — what works, what doesn't, and what still feels confusing.

I spent many years in the technology sector before founding M-Power Consultants Inc., a Montreal-based advisory practice focused on responsible AI adoption and operational clarity.
I built Lead Clearly because I kept meeting smart, capable leaders and professionals who felt left behind by AI conversations designed for developers — not for people running real organizations day to day.
This community is my answer to that gap. A space where practical questions are welcome, honest conversations happen, and AI is explored at a human pace.
